INGREDIENTS: Soft WHEAT flour type "00", sunflower seeds, SESAME seeds, wholemeal RYE flour, BARLEY flakes flour, wholemeal OAT flakes flour, flax seeds, natural yeast of soft WHEAT flour type "0" in powder, toasted WHEAT flour, toasted BARLEY malt flour, WHEAT flour, MALT flour, alpha-amylase, flour treatment agent: L-ascorbic acid.

TIPS FOR PERFECT STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C, with 65% Maximum Humidity and away from light even when the package is open.
Closed in a cupboard or kitchen cabinet is perfect; once opened, just close the package on itself, securing it with a clip or with adhesive tape.
In warmer periods you can store the bag, even open, in the refrigerator.
